We had coffee and some breakfast "in da house" of Marcel. We gave him our best and went of to the holy land of cheese and windmills. We were to enter Koningrijk Hollands. As we crossed the border we started to plan the next night and the next party! We really were on to it by now. Gone were the gloomy days of Copenhagen and gone were the weak weary feelings of Lübeck. Harburg really was a cure for us! And concerning Holland: "watch out here we come!" We found our way to Leusden in the hart of Holland and gave Tim a call. We were waiting at the gates of the city at theTotaal petrolstation, please go there when visiting Leusden it's nothing special about it!

Tim and Marjan's children were in to Sinter Klaas and Zwarte Piet. I mean the were really in to it at the moment! I think the kid's of Holland are fortunate and lucky, they have the possibility to celebrate Christmas twice! We had a quick shower and a stroll along the "trechters"(?!) of Leusden. Do they have to have canals just about everywere in Holland?! We arrived at the officebuilding after a few minutes of walking. In the basement there were a designed pub that took us back in time, nice design! The Leusdeners had, to our surprise, brought their children and their wifes along. "Holy mother of Moses!" We had to adjust our presentation and tune down all the rough and tought language that we used in Harburg! But come to think about it, this is of course the way to do it. Cause a Euromeeting is not only for the men it is of course a big thing for the rest of the family as well. Good thinking Leusden!

We knew a few of the tablers since the Euromeet's in Roskilde and Harburg. Dear reunions, and nice to meet them again, especially like this. It's a bit strange, a bit surrealistic to meet the Euromeeters of season so to speak! But I think that Stefan and I better get used to the feeling cause we will meet a lot of tablers "of season" thanks to our crazy idea of touring Europe!

We had typical Dutch chinese take away for dinner. We had our presentation and we had a few beers. We singed some songs and had some more beer, then we singed a song, and then some beers and then we well, time went on and the night were yet again late and wonderful. We sat under the wandering moon for hours talking and tabling the night away. Quite a few laughs and quite a few nice memories to remember. And in the backseat of the "Rentemeisters" offroad-4-wheeldrive-all terrain-jeep ( a vehicle that You can't live without in the unexploited, rough, wild and montainlike outback of Holland ) in that vehicle we went back to Tim and Marjan's home by the canal were else but by the canal? Thank's a lot Leusden it was a wonderful meeting.

A nice typical Dutch breakfast with all it's ingredients "De Ruijter's" all sweet and all choco mania kind of breakfast! We like it and we love it. Who needs nutrients, fibers and who need vitamines in the morning anyway!? We had a sightseeing in Leusden with Tim. We went to "Kattenbroek" a newly built, new kind of thinking when building new blocks and rural areas. Anyway the thing's we saw would make an official city planner of Sweden to drop dead on spot! Who but a Dutchman would come up with the crazy idea to build new houses looking like ruins?! We said goodbye and went of to Harleem and our friends Raymond and Pauline. I think that Raymond needs a night out with some swedish friends

Here's additional photos from RT128 Leusden, thanks Tim de Bondt!
